These are what I am referring to as palm boots and pockets. They are the base of the frond of the palm trees that grow in warmer climates. I enjoy collecting the materials and am enamored with the trees. Often growing in groups, I am going to add photos from my road trips and share these beauties. I enjoy the tactile work of bending and shaping the vessels, the decorations follow from more fancy found items. I will keep posting with each opportunity.
